You've placed your order and now you wait...  But you won't have to wait long!

We have a series of email notifications set up to update you on the status of your order every step of the way, so don't forget to enter your email at checkout to stay up to date.

You will receive emails to confirm your order, when it is being processed, when it has shipped, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered.

Please Note: All of our coffee is roasted to order Monday through Friday and we roast package and ship the same day, in order to do this we have a 1-4 day lead time.

We mainly use UPS, and they are pretty consistent but are not immune to delays. You'll be sent your tracking number once shipped.
